BBU is a 9-week coaching course that will teach your daughter everything she needs to know to get out of being stuck and discouraged and build self-esteem she can be proud of.

9 private 1-1 coaching sessions via zoom or in-person.
Weekly 15-minute teaching videos.

Self-Worth- Knowing your Value.

A personal brand is a promise to yourself. Staying true to our rooted identity.

What is self-worth?
Why is self-worth important for our identity?
How do we develop unshakeable self-worth?

Self-worth is an important concept for teen girls to understand. It is the idea that each person has inherent value and is worthy of respect, regardless of their accomplishments or failures. This lesson will explore the concept of self-worth and how it can be cultivated in their life.

MODULE 2

Setting personal standards & living your values.

The teenage years mark the shift to adulthood and a separation from parents. Choosing their own standards and value is crucial for success.

What are your personal standards?
What are your personal values?
How do we make decisions from our standards and values?

Setting personal standards and values is a road map to drive our decision-making and what we allow to absorb and influence us. Knowing this ahead of time empowers us to stick to our convictions.

MODULE 3

Mindset and Thoughts

Taking a look at our mind set and our thoughts play a powerful role in the results of our life.

Growth Mindset vs Fixed Mindset
How thoughts create our reality.
Introducing the Model-a deep look into how our thoughts become our results.

When teens finish this lesson they will be aware of their fixed mindset, know how to grow, and redirect their thoughts to create the results they want in their life.

Processing Emotions

Teenage girls often struggle with processing their emotions. They may find themselves feeling overwhelmed, confused, and frustrated when trying to make sense of how they’re feeling.
